Keysplint Nightguards

f you are looking for a nightguard for a wide range of issues your patient might be experiencing, let us introduce you to Keysplint. This material has a combination of strength, durability and comfort. It is 3D designed and printed in house from our Carbon printer.

 

We offer the following with our Keysplint Nightguards:

 

  • A custom design with your preferences of flat plane, occlusal plane, posterior discluding, or anterior discluding design

  • Acceptance of traditional impressions, models or digital files

  • Polished to a high shine for comfort

  • It becomes more flexible in hot water to conform to tooth anatomy and can be cleaned with soap and water

  • Re-ordering made simple as we save our designs in case of lost or damaged appliances.

Hard Acrylic Nightguards

The benefits of a hard acrylic splint include exceptional durability and effective prevention of tooth damage.  These are made by our technicians with clear high impact acrylic, fully flasked, and put under heat and pressure for curing.

 

We offer the following with our Acrylic Hard Splint:

 

  • Acceptance of either impressions, models or digital impression

  • These are flask-invested with clear high impact acrylic

  • They are put under heat, pressure, and cured overnight

Dual Laminate (Erko Pro) Nightguards

The dual layer technology splint that gives the patient durability in the outer layer and yet provides a soft inner layer for comfort.  These are vacuum formed with a positive pressure machine and hand cut/polished by our experienced technicians.  These splints can help prevent tooth damage  and even protect dental work.

 

We offer the following with our Hard/Soft Splint:

 

  • Acceptance of either impressions, models or digital files

  • Vacuum formed with a positive pressure machine for exceptional fit

  • Made in house by experienced technicians who can relieve undercuts to help with insertion

Policies

We stand behind our products, materials and processes.  Please feel free to call us to discuss any problem, but the following items will negate a credit:

​

  • Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene.

  • Prosthesis not inserted by a licensed practicing dentist

  • If we had requested a new impression due to defect or missing information and you continued without re-impressing, you will be responsible for the remake.

  • Customer requests tooth shade different from original shade request

  • Treatment plan change or materials change from original request

  • Any implant prosthesis that was not verified using our verification jig

  • Any implant that the  patient does not adhere to semi-annual dental maintenance program including cleanings in the office of a licensed practicing dentist.

  • Immediate/surgical dentures or partials with healing extractions

  • If the remake item fits the model, but does not fit in the mouth

  • If the original model and appliance were not returned for the remake

  • If your account is past due, we reserve the right to refuse to process remakes or give credits until the balance is paid in full

We reserve the right to amend or remake our credit policy at our discretion and without prior notice.
